Hey there !! YIPEE Friday finally!!! Don't you just love Fridays??!! hmm well here's what we had for breakfast.. tada!!!
"Tapsilog" (Tapsilog is the term used when tapa, garlic-fried rice (si nangag), and fried egg (itlog) are combined into one meal, which is served primarily during breakfast.
So, Here's what you need for the beef tapa:
1/2 kilo beef strips
1 tsp of pepper
1 tablespoon of oysters sauce
5 pcs Calamansi
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
Marinating Procedure:
1. In a container, combine soy sauce, calamansi juice, pepper, sugar and oyster sauce and mix well. Set aside
2. wash the beef and put in a clear plastic bag.
3. Pour-in the the mixed seasonings in the clear plastic bag with meat and mix well
4. Put in the Fridge for about 12 hours.
Cooking Procedure:
1. Heat the pan. And Add oil.
2. Put in the marinated beef and cook until the meat is tender.
